CHANDIGARH & TRICITY
The famous Tricity is everyone’s dream place to live in as it is renowned for its clean, green and developed infrastructure. Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali is known as Tricity, all three cities are linked, Chandigarh is a UT, Mohali Falls in Punjab and Panchkula falls in Haryana.
The whole tricity area, in fact, employs a sense of being in a space that is much more calm, tranquil and inhabitable. Be it, the lush green trees making these cities, a perfect scenic route to drive around, the well-managed traffic or the multitude of cultures from three states surrounding it, making it an interesting hub of amalgamated cultures.
CHANDIGARH
The best residential in Chandigarh are the older sectors in the north of the city adjoining the Sukhna lake, Rock Garden, The High Court, and State Assembly buildings. These sectors (2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10) are highly posh residential areas.
The Rose garden, Rock Garden, Sector 17 Plaza, and Elante Mall are few attractions of Chandigarh, besides the renowned Punjab Unversity and PGI Chandigarh.


PANCHKULA
Panchkula is a planned city and district headquarter in the Panchkula district, part of the Ambala division in Haryana, India. The city hosts the Chandi mandir Cantonment, the headquarters of the Western Command of the Indian Army.
It houses one of the reputed Defence residential areas at Sector 4 Mansadevi Complex near Mata Mansa Devi Shrine Panchkula. The complex is a tribute to Major MS Chaudhary, MVC, who laid down life for the sake of the country.
MOHALI
Mohali, officially known as Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, is a planned city in the Mohali district in Punjab, India, which is a commercial hub lying southwest of Chandigarh.
The Mohali town is next to Chandigarh and is famous for the Mohali Cricket Ground and International Airport. Most of the renowned medical hospital infrastructure of Fortis, Max Super Specialty Hospital, Ivy Hospital, and other renowned hospitals are located here. Besides, it has the Indian School of Business (ISB) and Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Mohali (IISER) to name a few.


ZIRAKPUR
Zirakpur is a satellite town, in Mohali District, Punjab, neighbouring Chandigarh in India. It is set on the foothills of Shivalik hills. It is part of the tehsil Dera Bassi under Mohali District.
Zirakpur is an island of unplanned construction surrounded by the planned cities of Chandigarh, Panchkula and Mohali. Growth in Zirakpur is haphazard from the start with villages giving way to colonies, as property dealers and colonisers tapped people who couldn’t afford a house in the pricey neighbourhood.
NEW CHANDIGARH (MULLANPUR)
New Chandigarh (Alias Mullanpur ) is an upcoming city in the North-West of the Chandigarh town. New Chandigarh falls in Punjab and is being developed by GMADA. Developer Omaxe is truly the epicenter of the entire New Chandigarh region.
