REVISED CHARGES: SERVICE AND FACILITIES
1. Please refer to the minutes of GBM held on 23 Jun 2024. Approval has been accorded for the revision of charges for under mentioned services and facilities by GBM. The revised charges will be effective from 01 October 2024. Details are covered in succeeding paras.
- Maintenance charges :
(a) Rs 1800/- per month with Lift AMC (A,C,D,E,G,I,J,L,N,0,P,Q,R,& S Block) or as per the list given by Block reps.
(b) Rs 1500/- per month without Lift AMC (B,F,H,K, M, V & W Block).
(c) Rs 2100/- per Month (T & U Block).
3. Guest Rooms:- Rs 1000/- per day and Rs 500/- as Security deposit which is refundable.
4. Lower hall Community Centre :
(a) For commercial use :- Rs 8000/- per day and Rs 2000/- as Security deposit which is refundable.
(b) For non-commercial use :
(i) Owner:- Rs 4000/-per day and Rs 2000/- as security deposit (refundable)
(ii) Tenant :- Rs 6000/- per day and Rs 2000/- as security deposit (refundable)
(iii) After installation of AC’s, charges will be Rs 2000/- extra.
5. Renovation of Flats :
(a) Work Up to 10 days :- Rs 10000/
(b) From 10 to 30 days :- Rs 20000/
(c) From 30 to 75 days :- Rs 40000/
(d) For extension beyond stipulated period Rs 5000/- per week.
- Tenant security :- One time deposit of Rs 10,000/-, out of which Rs. 5000/- will be refunded on vacation of flat.
- Vehicle clamping fee:- Rs 500/- per day, on account of parking of vehicle in ‘No Parking area’ or in others parking slots.
