APPROVAL OF REVISED BUILDING PLANAWHO SECTOR 4 MDC PANCHKULA
1. Approval of revised building plan for Mahander Vihar Society was accorded by HSVP
Panchkula for a period of five years in 2020. Construction of balconies (front and
rear) and extension of third room was allowed within permissible limits.
2. As on date, more than 80% of dwelling units have completed the said construction.
Those who could not carry out the construction due to whatever reason are
requested to complete the same before expiry of validity period.
3. Validity of revised building plan expires on 19.06.2025. The Management of
Mahander Vihar Society does not wish to seek extension of validity period as it
entailsa huge processing fee. No construction will be permitted beyond the expiry of
validity period.
