How do I operate the website ?

The members  can register on the website by clicking the “Register Button” on the top right corner. Fill in all the details given in the registration form of user id, password, and email id of members. A mail will be sent to the email id of the member, which needs to be confirmed by clicking the link in the email to activate the account for login. In case you do not get the activation link please send an email to Admin at mvarmyflats@gmail.com to activate the link.

The data of all the family members is to be loaded in similar way as independent member. The members are requested to update the data as when changes occur in the member’s data.

Yes, members are welcome to offer a suggestion for incorporation in the website subject to the technical feasibility and decision of the management.

Once approved by management, it would be updated in the website provided it is technically feasible.

To book electricity and plumber complaints.

  • Login at member page
  • Click the complaint button
  • Select electricity or plumber complaint
  • Fill defect details
  • Submit form
  • The details of the complaint would be visible on the dashboard.
  • The message/email would be received by electrician/plumber
Can I view the website on mobile phone ?

Yes, members can view the website on mobile. When the complete page is invisible, rotate the mobile in a horizontal position to view the complete page.
