Society How to pay or get an exemption of property tax online in Panchkula (Haryana)?

• Open Google chrome

• Type Municipal Corporation Panchkula – mcpanchkula.org

• The official Website of Municipal Corporation Panchkula will open.

• Click services on the menu and the drop-down menu would be displayed

• Click property tax

• Click Search & Pay Property Tax

• Search Property Tax Bill would be displayed with the number of fields below

• Only enter Property ID

• Enter Property Unique ID for Army Flats, i.e.  53M001400T14800XXX. The last three digits are flat numbers say

          For example  Flat No 001 it is  53M001400T14800001

For example Flat No 010 it is  53M001400T14800010

For example Flat No 146 it is  53M001400T14800146

How to Pay house tax online

Now three steps are involved

First Step – to make payment online.

• For payment, click pay now/view link

• Click pay online which would direct you to the payment portal

• Select credit/debit card or net banking options.

• Make the payments and receipt would be visible under your account

Second Step – online submission application for exemption of House tax

• For exemption of house tax

• Under complaint/query click submit

• A form will open which should be filled with

• Contact number, WhatsApp number, email id

• Under category, tick taxation related

• Under describe queries – write (exemption of house tax under defence category)

• Upload all self-attested documents in pdf in a single file.

• The self-attested documents are Tax exemption application by ESM, affidavit or self-attested Self Occupation Certificate, house tax bill, Aadhar Card photocopy and ESM Identity Card photocopy are required for applying for exemption of house tax.

once the application is submitted, the application id will be generated, which should be kept safe for all future correspondence.

Third Step – Download Bill

• For download house tax bills online

• Under download, bill click to download.
