MINUTES OF ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING 14 JUN 2026

1. The Annual General Body Meeting for the Financial Year  2025-2026 was held in the upper hall of society office from 1045-1240 hrs on 14 June 2026. It was presided over by Col CP Vig, President of the Mahander Vihar Co-op Housing Society. It was attended by 67 members out of which 4 were proxy (Relatives or spouse) of the members    As per the bye-Laws 30 members complete the quorum.
2. The President started the proceeding by welcoming all the members. He stated that he would follow the traditional norms as was followed in the previous AGBM, the sequence being paying the Homage to the departed souls who passed away in the past one year, by observing 2 minutes silence in their honour.
