1 Annual General Body Meeting for the financial year 2025-26 will be held on Sunday, 14 Jun 2026 at 10 AM onward in Lower Community Hall.
2. All Members are requested to please attend as your active participation is essential for the smooth functioning and further improvement of our Society.

AGENDA POINTS
3. Presentation and passing of Accounts for the financial year 2025-26 including sharing of income and expenditure
4. Progress on the Agenda Points discussed and approved in the last GBM.
5. Approval of expenditure in occurred since last GBM.
6.. Introduction of new members from Apr-2025 till date.
7. State of Maintenance charges outstanding as on 01 Apr 2026. 8. Roll of Block in-charge.
9. Verification of ownership as per the Dossier and Updation.
